The Opportunity: Build the Path from Predictive to Agentic IT Operations

Grok is building the next generation of predictive and agentic AI for enterprise IT operations.

We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Product Manager with strong enterprise SaaS fundamentals and technical depth.

Modern IT environments are noisy, complex, and brittle. Legacy observability, ITSM, and first-generation AIOps tools surface alerts and automate fragments of work, but they do not reason across domains, learn from outcomes, or guide action with confidence. Grok was built differently from day one. Our platform fuses predictive, causal, and generative intelligence with enterprise memory to understand what is happening, why it is happening, what will happen next, and how teams should respond.

We are looking for a disciplined, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to help scale this vision into products customers trust and adopt. You do not need to be an AI expert on day one. What matters most is strong enterprise SaaS product fundamentals, ownership mindset, and the ability to translate complex systems into simple, governed workflows that operators actually use.

This role is ideal for a strong “full stack” PM who wants to grow deeply into AI and agentic systems while owning meaningful product surface area. This is a senior individual contributor role in a high-ownership, early-stage environment.

What You Will Do

1. Customer Discovery & Product Strategy

* Develop deep empathy for enterprise IT operations, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management workflows.

* Conduct hands-on discovery with operators, SREs, and problem managers to understand alert fatigue, war rooms, manual triage, and operational bottlenecks.

* Translate customer pain points into clear product strategy and roadmap priorities that move teams from reactive operations toward predictive and agentic workflows.

* Identify and define high-value on-ramp use cases such as intelligent ticketing, predictive detection, drift remediation, and guided response.

* Evaluate competitive alternatives across observability, ITSM, and adjacent tools, and help sharpen Grok’s differentiation around time-to-value, learning depth, and operational simplicity.

2. Product Definition & Operator Experience

* Own the end to end experience for human in the loop and supervised autonomy workflows, defining how recommendations are presented, validated, executed, and learned from.

* Design simple, trustworthy operator experiences for complex AI capabilities, including confidence-scored predictions, causal explanations, and guided actions.

* Create low fidelity wireframes and workflows to communicate intent clearly to engineering, design, and stakeholders.

* Partner closely with field teams, customers, and partners to validate requirements and ensure workflows reflect real operational behavior.

3. Execution & Engineering Partnership

* Own backlog prioritization, requirements definition, and end-to-end delivery from concept through enterprise SaaS release.

* Manage the full product lifecycle pipeline, including discovery, scoping, release planning, field enablement, and customer expectation setting.

* Write clear, rigorous product specifications, epics, and stories in Jira that are consumable by engineering and aligned to business outcomes.

* Partner tightly with UI, engineering and data science teams to balance velocity, quality, and long term platform integrity.

* Drive integration strategy across observability, ITSM, and automation ecosystems (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira, Ansible).

4. Go to Market & Commercial Alignment

* Help articulate and prove customer value through measurable outcomes such as noise reduction, prediction accuracy, and MTTR reduction.

* Partner with sales, sales engineering, and marketing to shape demos, narratives, and case studies grounded in real operational workflows.

* Ensure product decisions align with commercial priorities, customer adoption, and long term platform differentiation.

What We’re Looking For

Required

* 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, owning products from concept through launch and iteration.

* Strong fundamentals in enterprise software product management: discovery, prioritization, execution, and stakeholder alignment.

* Strong technical fluency. You can engage engineers in architecture discussions, understand APIs, data models, and system tradeoffs, and operate comfortably “in the trenches” with engineering teams.

* Operational fluency in IT concepts such as incidents, alerts, false positives, outages, and service impact, or the ability to ramp quickly.

* A true “full stack” PM mindset: able to collaborate deeply with engineering, design workflows visually, and support customer and sales conversations.

* Ability to earn credibility with engineering teams through clear thinking, technical depth, and rigorous product definition.

* Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a hands-on, early-stage environment.

* Execution oriented, organized, and accountable. You ship.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

* Experience with AIOps, observability, ITSM, or automation platforms.

* Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, PagerDuty, BigPanda, Moogsoft, or similar.

* Familiarity with automation concepts such as runbooks, scripts, or orchestration.

* Curiosity and learning mindset around AI, causal reasoning, and agentic systems.

* Technical background and/or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.

How We Work

* Remote first, US based team with strong written and async collaboration.

* Early stage environment with real ownership, fast feedback loops, and minimal bureaucracy.

* Clear focus on fundamentals, learning velocity, and outcomes over hype.

Why Grok

* A Real AI Platform: Grok is not a rules engine or a thin LLM wrapper. Our cognitive architecture continuously learns from telemetry, tickets, actions, and outcomes.

* Agentic Journey: You will help shape the evolution from predictive insight to governed, agentic execution across multiple horizons.

* Direct Mentorship: Work closely with the CPO, founders and leadership team on product strategy, execution, and AI fluency.

* Meaningful Ownership: Competitive cash compensation aligned to stage, plus participation in a performance based equity plan.

If you are a strong enterprise SaaS PM who wants to build foundational AI products the right way, learn fast, and own meaningful impact, we would love to talk.
