Senior Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a leading automotive services company!

The Role

• Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash processes, aligning with sales cycle efficiency and revenue operations.

• Drive cross-functional integration of AI across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance efficiency and revenue decision-making.

• Develop AI-powered Lead to Cash tools that address process pain points and deliver measurable operational gains.

• Collaborate closely with leaders to identify AI automation opportunities and accelerate revenue cycles.

• Establish KPIs for AI adoption within Lead to Cash workflows, demonstrating business value.

• Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products.

• Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.

• Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes and AI/ML technologies.

• Expertise in enterprise AI platforms, cloud-based AI services, and AI product lifecycle management.

• Strong knowledge of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance.

• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and driving AI adoption through change management.
