On joining our team, you will enjoy competitive salary and benefits, flexible working hours, remote work policy, great environment and culture!
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to design intuitive experiences for an AI agent platform. The role focuses on simplifying complex AI and workflow automation concepts into clear interfaces that enable both developers and business users to build, monitor, and manage autonomous agents. You will also contribute to scalable design systems and improve self-serve onboarding to help users quickly deploy functional agents.
Job Description:
* Design for Agency: Architect the UI for "Human-in-the-Loop" (HITL) workflows, ensuring business users can oversee autonomous agents without needing to understand the underlying code.
* The Dual-Persona Bridge: Create a unified design language that serves developers building complex agent logic (RAG, tool-calling, prompt chaining) and business stakeholders who need to define goals and approve actions.
* Observability & Trust: Design ways to make the "black box" of AI transparent. How does a user know why an agent took an action? How do they correct it? You’ll solve these UX hurdles.
* PLG Strategy: Lead the "Time-to-Agent" initiative. Design self-serve onboarding that allows a new user to deploy their first functional business agent in under 10 minutes.
* Systemic Consistency: Build and maintain a robust design system that scales across complex node-based editors, logs, and high-level performance monitors.
Job Specifications:
* 5+ Years in B2B SaaS: You have a track record of simplifying inherently complex technical products.
* Agentic Experience: You understand the difference between a chatbot and an agent. You’ve ideally worked on LLM-powered products, workflow automation (IPaaS), or developer tools.
* Master of Mental Models: You can translate technical concepts (like "temperature," "vector embeddings," or "latency") into intuitive metaphors for non-technical users.
* Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven: You use metrics to guide you, but you rely on deep user empathy and intuition to design for the "unseen" parts of AI (like handling model hallucinations or errors).
* Figma Wizard: Your files are as organized as your thoughts—perfectly componentized, documented, and ready for handoff.
