Motivd is hiring a Senior Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other high-intent channels. You will build the system that turns ad spend into qualified founders, not just clicks. This role combines strategy, hands-on campaign execution, creative testing, funnel analysis, and attribution.
What success looks like
* Build a repeatable paid acquisition engine that improves CAC, activation rate, and payback period.
* - Establish clear measurement across ad platforms, landing pages, signup flows, and product activation.
* - Create a disciplined testing cadence for creatives, offers, hooks, audiences, and landing pages.
* - Help Motivd find the highest-leverage messaging for founders, creators, coaches, startups, and no-code buyers.

* Responsibilities
* - Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and selected growth channels.
* - Set up and improve conversion tracking, attribution, pixel health, Conversions API, and reporting.
* - Launch and optimize campaigns with a focus on qualified signups, activation, and downstream revenue.
* - Partner with product and design to improve landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion rates.
* - Build creative testing systems with clear hypotheses, briefs, naming conventions, and learning loops.
* - Analyze campaign, funnel, and cohort performance to identify where spend should scale or stop.
* - Translate founder and customer insights into stronger ad angles, offers, and messaging.
* - Maintain reporting that gives leadership a clear view of CAC, ROAS, activation, and channel quality.

* Qualifications
* - 5+ years running performance marketing for SaaS, startup, product-led, or direct-response businesses.
* - Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* - Strong understanding of attribution, event tracking, landing page optimization, and conversion funnels.
* - Proven ability to improve acquisition efficiency through testing, not only budget increases.
* - Strong copy and creative judgment for direct-response ads and landing pages.
* - Comfortable working closely with product, analytics, and design.
* - Clear written communication and strong decision-making under uncertainty.

Responsibilities include developing and managing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad spend to meet KPIs, and crafting innovative strategies for customer acquisition. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to drive user growth and customer engagement.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in performance marketing, including paid search, social media advertising, and display advertising.
* Strong data analysis skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent for tracking and reporting campaign ROI.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising technologies.
* Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
* Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and reporting.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying performance improvement opportunities.
* Familiarity with SaaS, startups, or tech ecosystems is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
