Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Senior Growth & Sales Lead to join our team full-time at our Berlin, Germany, office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and innovative growth hacking techniques. Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing growth projects, developing and implementing successful sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. This is an on-site position, offering the opportunity to work directly with a dynamic team of professionals driving AI compliance solutions.

Qualifications

* Excellent Communication skills for building relationships, presenting ideas, and collaborating effectively

* Expertise in Growth Hacking and innovative approaches to identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities

* Proven experience in Sales with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs

* Proficiency in Project Management to organize, execute, and deliver complex growth and sales initiatives

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactive problem-solving skills, and adaptability

* Familiarity with AI, compliance tech, or industrial markets is highly advantageous

* Proficiency in German is a must
