Accountabilities

* Establish and lead core operating cadences including planning cycles, leadership meetings, and organizational rhythms

* Partner with executive leadership to define and execute strategic roadmaps and long-term operating models

* Build and optimize internal systems, processes, and workflows to support a fast-scaling organization

* Develop and manage organization-wide KPIs and performance scorecards to drive accountability and decision-making

* Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance in collaboration with key stakeholders

* Design and implement scalable consulting and delivery operations to support future growth

* Lead cross-functional coordination and ensure alignment across teams and initiatives

* Develop high-quality communications and reporting materials for stakeholders and funding partners

* Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

* 12-15+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or general management roles

* Proven ability to translate strategy into execution within fast-paced or early-stage environments

* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and building performance frameworks

* Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and communicating financial insights

* Experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations

* Ability to operate effectively alongside senior leadership and navigate multi-stakeholder environments

* Experience building and scaling operational systems and processes

* Familiarity with leveraging AI and modern tools to drive operational improvements is a plus
