At TheShowcase.ai, we've cracked something most agencies never do: consistent, scalable lead generation that actually works. We're profitable, growing fast, and serving 50+ active client teams across Europe and beyond — powered by our proprietary AI system, TheBrain.

Now we're ready to go further. And for that, we need a senior developer who wants to build, not just maintain.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll work directly with the founder across two areas that define our next phase of growth:

🤖 AI & Automation — Design and improve the pipelines that power our outreach engine. We work with existing solutions, and custom-built AI workflows. You'll have real ownership over architecture decisions and directly impact campaign performance.

🔧 Product — Help us evolve TheBrain and build internal tools that make our operations 10x more efficient. Think automation, smart integrations, and systems that scale with us as we grow from 50 to 500 clients.

This isn't a "maintain the backlog" role. It's a "here's the problem, go solve it" role.

You're probably a fit if you:

* Have 5+ years of full-stack development experience

* Have built or worked on AI-powered products or automation systems

* Think like a founder — you see problems before they're assigned to you

* Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving environments

* Bonus: you've worked at or founded a startup yourself
