Durlston PartnersFull Description
SENIOR DATA ENGINEER
SAN FRANCISCO, NEW YORK
The Company
This is a Series E conversational AI company - and one of the best-performing vertical AI startups in the world. They’ve built a platform that handles prospect and resident interactions 24/7 across webchat, SMS, email, and voice, automating everything from lead capture and tour scheduling to renewals, maintenance requests, and resident communications.
Their two core markets are housing and healthcare - two of the most underserved industries when it comes to modern software.
The Role
Data sits at the heart of everything this company does - it powers client-facing reporting, internal strategy, and the product decisions that keep them ahead of the market.
