2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Data Analyst, Client Ops is responsible for leading data efforts within the Client Operations division. This role oversees the lifecycle of client issues, including identifying technical problems, monitoring fraud, and improving support case resolution. The position ensures that as the organization grows, client service remains efficient, secure, and seamless. By providing actionable insights and optimizing operational processes, this role supports maintaining high service standards and scaling the support function effectively.

3. Responsibilities:

• Own reporting and optimization of case volume and resolution rates

• Identify bottlenecks in the support process and recommend improvements to reduce resolution time

• Monitor real-time data for site issues and technical anomalies, coordinating with Engineering for incident response

• Develop dashboards to track suspicious activity and fraud patterns

• Build visualizations in Tableau to inform leadership on client service effectiveness and operational risks

• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues to identify underlying causes

• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure accurate data ingestion for analysis

• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership to scale service operations efficiently

4. Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst focused on Operations, Trust & Safety, or Customer Support Analytics

• High proficiency with Tableau or Hex for data visualization

• Advanced SQL skills for complex data queries and dataset integration

• Experience detecting fraud or platform abuse patterns is a significant plus

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on investigative analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or Data Science

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base pay range $114,000—$158,700 USD

• Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE) based on experience, expertise, and location
