Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Support Engineer. The Senior Customer Support Engineer will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and assist with field service operations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery while contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships

* Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving hardware and software issues

* Strong Communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

* Experience with Field Service, including on-site IT maintenance and network installations

* Familiarity with AI technologies, video analytics, or security solutions is a plus

* Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
