Our approach combines the rigor of large consulting firms with a more hands-on, execution-oriented model.
Role Description
We are seeking a highly capable consultant who can operate at the intersection of business, data science, and technology. This role requires a strong blend of consulting experience, technical depth, and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading discussions across business teams, data scientists, and IT organizations, translating complex requirements into practical, implementable solutions. This individual should be able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving initiatives from concept through delivery.
Key Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in management or technology consulting (Big 4 or equivalent required)
• Strong technical foundation in data, analytics, or AI/ML (hands-on experience preferred)
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across business stakeholders, data science teams, and IT
• Experience gathering requirements, structuring problems, and translating them into scalable solutions
• Ability to lead client discussions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Compensation: $120K–$160K base salary (depending on experience), plus performance bonus and benefits. We are also open to hourly W-2 arrangements for candidates who prefer a contract-based structure.
