Digital Attitude is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the AI Literacy & Augmented Intelligence Business Unit.

The ideal candidate combines rigorous intellectual depth in the human-AI relationship with hands-on experience in organizational change and brings the standing and communication skills to become a trusted partner for senior stakeholders at leading organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

Thought leadership & offering development: Contribute to shaping the Business Unit's positioning and intellectual output in the areas of AI Literacy, Intelligence Augmentation, and AI Governance & Sustainability. Co-develop frameworks, methodologies, and service offerings that reflect both scientific rigor and practical applicability.

Project management & delivery: Lead and deliver complex change management projects end-to-end, taking full accountability for quality, timelines, and client outcomes. Work in close collaboration with Digital Attitude's Change & Adoption and Business Analysis & Process Optimization Business Units to ensure integrated, cross-functional delivery.

Client relationship management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, managers and leaders of large organizations, with the authority, proactivity, and commercial acumen needed to identify opportunities, manage expectations, and grow accounts.

Branding & external communication: Collaborate in the ideation and development of branding and external communication initiatives, including thought leadership content, events, and positioning activities that strengthen the Business Unit's visibility and market presence.

Requirements

Education & expertise: PhD or equivalent academic background (degree/master's) in a relevant field, with solid grounding in the study and analysis of the human-AI relationship and its organizational implications.

Change Management competencies: Proven skills in change management, with a preference for vertical expertise in Behavioral Sciences applied to organizational culture transformation projects.

Professional experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in Change Management consulting, with a track record of managing and delivering complex change management projects.

Presence & communication: The gravitas and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior managers and leaders of large organizations; outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Collaboration: A natural team player, comfortable in cross-functional environments and capable of building productive working relationships both internally and with clients.

English level: Minimum B2.
