The Opportunity

You will be the technical leader working alongside enterprise account executives to qualify opportunities, demonstrate CONCIERTO capabilities, design transformation approaches, and secure technical wins.

Key Responsibilities:

Discovery & Qualification

* Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure landscape, application portfolio, data estate, and transformation drivers

* Assess technical fit and identify deal risks early; provide go/no-go recommendations to sales leadership

* Map customer requirements to CONCIERTO capabilities across MIGRATE, MODERNIZE, MANAGE, MAXIMIZE, and INSIGHTS & AGENTIC AI

Solution Design & Demonstration

* Deliver compelling CONCIERTO platform demonstrations tailored to customer use cases and personas (CIO, CTO, Infrastructure Leaders, Application Owners, Data Leaders)

* Design holistic transformation approaches spanning infrastructure, applications, and data—leveraging platform automation to deliver faster timelines and predictable outcomes

* Build ROI models and business cases that quantify transformation value in customer-specific terms

Technical Leadership

* Present to CIO/CTO audiences with executive presence; translate platform capabilities into business outcomes

* Lead proof-of-concept engagements and pilots that validate CONCIERTO capabilities against customer requirements

* Author technical proposals, SOWs, and pricing models in partnership with sales and delivery leadership

Deal Execution

* Own the technical win: handle objections, navigate competitive situations, and secure technical selection

* Coordinate with cloud provider account teams to align on customer opportunities and funding programs

* Execute clean handoffs to delivery teams with complete technical documentation and customer context

Qualifications

* 10+ years in enterprise technology roles with at least 5 years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting

* Proven track record in complex enterprise sales cycles with measurable technical win rates

* Demonstrated experience across infrastructure, applications and data domains

* Fluency across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Certifications valued but not required

* Executive presentation skills: ability to command a room with CIO/CTO audiences

* Experience with migration, modernization, or cloud transformation programs at enterprise scale

Preferred:

* Background in platform or SaaS pre-sales (vs. pure services consulting)

* Experience with automation tools, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), or DevOps practices

* Understanding of AI/ML concepts and emerging agentic AI architectures
