Senior AI Engineer Consultant

What you'll work on:

* Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including GenAI applications — from predictive models to agentic automations across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and beyond.

* Lead client projects with care for both quality and relationships, ensuring delivery that genuinely serves clients' needs.

* Support and develop colleagues, contributing to a culture where everyone keeps learning.

* Work closely with clients to understand their context and co-create strategic recommendations.

* Stay curious about AI developments — experimenting with new frameworks, models, and approaches.

What we're looking for:

* Solid experience in software development or machine learning, with a focus on building and deploying AI applications.

* Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI/agent frameworks (e.g. Semantic Kernel, LangChain, CrewAI).

* Experience with Machine Learning and MLOps practices.

* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and scalable cloud architectures (Azure, GCP, or similar).

* Experience working with coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).

* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

* Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.

* Comfort navigating multiple projects without losing sight of what matters.
