To fuel our growth, we are looking for our next Senior AI Developer! No endless job description, here is the core of the challenge:

🔧 The Stack: Python and/or TypeScript, LLMs, RAG, Agentic tech (Langchain, CrewAI...). Nice to have: MCP (Model Context Protocol), Celery, AWS, React/Node.

🧠 The Challenge: Build multi-agent workflows from the ground up (tooling, memory, guardrails), develop MCP servers, and optimize for production (latency, cost, observability).

📍 The Setup: Full remote · Senior profile (4+ years of experience)

The profile we would love to team up with: — A true "builder" with an entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive on ownership, pragmatic problem-solving, and common-sense decision-making. — Production-oriented: you have actually shipped AI. Notebooks are great, but robust and scalable RAG pipelines in prod are better! — Fullstack at heart: you are comfortable collaborating all the way from the agentic backend to the frontend user experience.
