Senior Accountant / Auditor – AI Trainer

Are you a freelance accountant, auditor, tax advisor, or financial reporting specialist who wants to apply your expertise in a new way?

Do you have 8–20 hours per week available, alongside your regular client work?

We’re looking for experienced European-qualified accounting professionals to help improve advanced AI systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your Role Is Practical And High-impact. You Will

* Review and refine AI-generated accounting and financial answers

* Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, calculation logic, and professional standards

* Draft complex financial scenarios (e.g., IFRS/local GAAP interpretation, audit methodology, tax structuring cases)

* Create variations of financial questions from different perspectives (e.g., auditor, tax advisor, CFO, SME owner)

* Design challenging scenarios that expose weaknesses in financial reasoning or regulatory interpretation

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve answers generated by AI systems to ensure they are technically correct, logically consistent, and aligned with European accounting standards.

This is not traditional accounting work. Instead of preparing financial statements for one client, you’ll help improve AI systems used at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on accounting, audit, and tax topics.

You Are

Who this is for

* A freelance / self-employed qualified accountant (e.g., RA/AA (NL), ACA/ACCA (UK), Wirtschaftsprüfer/Steuerberater (DE), expert-comptable (FR), revisore legale (IT), or equivalent)

* Based in the EU or UK

* With 7+ years of post-qualification experience

* Strong in at least one domain (e.g., IFRS/local GAAP, audit, corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, management accounting, insolvency, forensic accounting)

* Comfortable analyzing complex financial reasoning and identifying calculation or logic errors

* Available 8-20 hours per week

* Able to start in the coming weeks
