About the Role

This is the top seat on the Contact Loop sales team. We are looking for a seasoned enterprise closer with an active network, a real track record, and the presence to lead high-stakes conversations from day one. As our Senior Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales funnel — from first touchpoint through close and into a smooth handoff to account management — driving enterprise adoption of Contact Loop’s Conversational AI platform.

This role is enterprise-focused. You will be selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations and helping them understand how AI-driven SMS, webchat, and voice tools transform their customer lifecycle and revenue outcomes. We are a Pasadena-based company, with offices around the world, at an inflection point, and we need a Senior AE who can represent us at the highest level — in the boardroom, at industry conferences, and across social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

What You’ll Do

* Own the full sales cycle from first contact through launch and a structured handoff to account management — you stay engaged and accountable throughout.

* Leverage your existing Rolodex to open enterprise doors and fast-track relationships from day one.

* Consult enterprise prospects on how Contact Loop’s platform — Messenger, ChatFusion, VoiceFusion — optimizes every stage of the customer lifecycle journey.

* Generate new business independently — our dedicated B2B marketing team actively generates lead flows to support you, and proactive self-sourcing remains a key part of how you build and grow your pipeline.

* Use our CRM to log every meeting, call, lead interaction, and pipeline update — clean data is non-negotiable.

* Build and grow your personal brand as an AI thought leader on socials such as LinkedIn, contributing to Contact Loop’s visibility and positioning in the Conversational AI space.

* Stay sharp on the latest AI tools and trends — you will be expected to educate prospects and represent Contact Loop as a forward-thinking AI organization.

* Represent Contact Loop at industry conferences and events — there is some travel involved with this role.

* Collaborate with the founding team on strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market direction.

What We’re Looking For

* A proven enterprise sales track record — you have closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals and have the results to show for it.

* An active Rolodex with enterprise or mid-market contacts you can engage immediately.

* Deep comfort with full-cycle sales — you own the deal from prospecting through handoff, not just the close.

* Genuine interest in AI and the ability to credibly position Contact Loop in the Conversational AI landscape.

* CRM proficiency or fast learning ability — disciplined CRM usage is expected from day one.

* A strong network presence on social platforms such as LinkedIn, or the willingness to build one — personal branding as an AI professional is part of this role.

* Willingness to travel for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.

* No degree required. Enterprise results and relationships are what matter here.
