Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SDK Engineer to support and enhance our FGA client SDKs across Go, JavaScript, .NET, Python, and Java. The successful candidate will improve SDK functionality, performance, and consistency, thereby accelerating FGA adoption and enhancing customer engagement. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our SDKs at the forefront of technology, ensuring ease of use for developers, and integrating core features effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing SDKs across multiple programming languages using our auto-generated framework.

* Customize SDK templates for uniformity and specific configurations, alongside implementing core features like token exchange, error handling, and retry logic.

* Develop comprehensive tests for reliability, write clear SDK documentation, and manage CI processes for SDK clients.

* Minimize external dependencies in the SDKs and contribute to the SDK generator tool leveraging Docker.

* Design API wrappers for consistency, implement optimized features, collaborate with the FGA team, review community PRs, and ensure high-quality SDK delivery through thorough testing and code reviews.

Must-Have Skills:

* Proficiency in multiple programming languages among Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, C# (.NET), Python, or Java.

* Solid understanding of SDK development, error handling, retry logic, and testing.

* Familiarity with Docker, Make, Mustache Templates, and OpenAPI Generator.

Industry Experience:

Experience as an SDK Developer or related role within the technology or software development industry.
