We are looking for top-tier scale-up and growth strategy professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to enhance large AI systems.

Your Role Is Hands-on And High Impact. You Will

* Review and refine AI generated outputs on a variety of scale-up, growth strategy, and operational best practices topics

* Evaluate responses for business realism, strategic soundness, and compliance with industry standards

* Draft realistic scaling scenarios, including fundraising, market expansion, organizational growth, operational scaling, and stakeholder management

* Create variations of the same scenario from different roles, such as founder, operational lead, board member, or investor

* Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI generated content

* Assess and improve AI reasoning around scaling challenges, structured business problem solving, and application of growth frameworks

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI generated content by ensuring it reflects the real-world strategies and challenges of scaling businesses.

This is not a traditional consulting or operational role. Instead of executing projects for individual startups, your expertise will guide how AI systems understand and reason about scaling companies at scale. Your feedback will directly improve how AI performs for users in business and technology worldwide.

Who this is for

You Are

* An experienced scale-up consultant, business strategist, or growth operator with hands-on experience scaling organizations

* Based in the EU or UK

* Well-versed in the entire scaling journey—including market analysis, expansion strategy, operational improvement, team building, and stakeholder communication

* Comfortable identifying risks, growth bottlenecks, and strategic blind spots

* Familiar with current growth frameworks, scaling best practices, and business governance standards

* Available 8 to 20 hours per week

* Able to start in the coming weeks
