UnifyCX is growing and looking for Inbound Sales Agents to join our motivated and ambitious South Africa team! Be a pioneer at our newest location!

What Will You Do?

We are seeking skilled and motivated Inbound Sales Agents to handle incoming calls from customers interested in our identity and security products and services. This role requires a strong sales ability to ensure a 25% or greater conversion rate. You will consult with prospective and existing customers, assess their needs, provide solutions, and close sales while ensuring a excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls promptly, engaging customers in a professional and friendly manner.

* Assess customer needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products, packages, or service plans.

* Explain features and benefits in a clear, customer-friendly way.

* Overcome objections and convert inquiries into closed sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

* Accurately process sales orders, service requests, and upgrades using call center systems.

* Stay current on product specifications, service updates, and industry trends.

* Collaborate support teams as needed to ensure accurate information and customer satisfaction.

* Adhere to compliance requirements, call quality standards, and sales scripts when applicable.

* Participate in ongoing product and sales training to continuously enhance knowledge and performance.

* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems.

Required Experience & Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* Experience in inbound and/or outbound sales, or technical sales, within a call center environment strongly preferred.

* Demonstrated ability to explain and sell identity protection or related products/services (e.g., telecommunications, internet, IT solutions, software, hardware, or similar).

* Strong communication, active listening, and consultative sales skills.

* Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and multi-screen navigation.

* Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Ability to simplify complex information for customers.

* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
