Cold call UK business owners for a growing AI company and build the function from scratch.

Evolve Blueprints is an early-stage AI automation company helping UK wholesale and fashion brands transform their operations. Our flagship product automates pre-order fulfilment and stock reconciliation, delivering 80% time savings, 99%+ accuracy, and ROI within the first month for our pilot customer.

We are hiring a Sales & Relationship Operator to own and build our outbound sales function. This is a high-autonomy role at the heart of our growth engine. You will generate your own leads, cold call UK business owners, nurture long-cycle relationships, convert warm inbound prospects, and book discovery calls that turn into paying customers.

We are specifically looking for someone with experience calling UK businesses: someone who understands UK business culture, can hold a natural conversation with a brand owner in Manchester or London, and knows how to open doors over the phone. You will work directly with the two founders and have a real say in how we go to market.

What You Will Do

* Cold call UK business owners and decision-makers daily — this is the core of the role

* Identify and research UK-based wholesale and fashion brands via LinkedIn and industry sources

* Work through a targeted list of approximately 300 trade show prospects alongside fresh pipeline building

* Execute structured outreach sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn

* Build genuine relationships with prospects on longer buying cycles — disciplined follow-up and relevant check-ins

* Engage and convert warm leads from the marketing function, triaging by intent and opportunity size

* Build and maintain a clean CRM pipeline (HubSpot) with accurate tracking

* Feed market intelligence back to the founders: objections, competitor mentions, feature requests

* Research upcoming UK trade events and run pre/post-event outreach

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

* Proven experience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or appointment setting — ideally calling UK businesses

* Confident, natural phone manner with clear English that UK business owners find easy to engage with

* Experience with UK-facing BPO, sales, or account management roles

* Experience managing long-cycle relationships, not just transactional outreach

* Strong written English for email and LinkedIn outreach

* Self-starter who can build systems and work independently with a daily founder check-in

* Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and LinkedIn for business development

Nice to have:

* Background in wholesale, fashion, retail, or B2B operations

* Experience working with startups or early-stage companies

* Technical curiosity and willingness to use AI tools to work smarter
