Sales Marketing Operations Manager

NeuBird is scaling rapidly and we need someone to own and optimize the engine that powers our growth. You'll be the connective tissue between our sales and marketing teams, ensuring our tech stack works seamlessly to drive our aggressive customer acquisition goals.

What You'll Do

Own the operational infrastructure that enables our revenue teams to execute efficiently. You'll manage our entire sales and marketing tech stack, build automation workflows that eliminate manual work, ensure data flows cleanly between systems, and provide the insights that drive better decisions. This means building Clay workflows for lead enrichment, maintaining Salesforce hygiene and reporting, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across Apollo and Instantly, tracking attribution through Factors.ai, and monitoring performance across our paid acquisition channels in Google Ads and LinkedIn to ensure our media consultants have the data they need.

You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and continuously improve our go-to-market operations. This role reports to the Head of Product & Operations and will be instrumental in keeping our aggressive growth trajectory on track.

What You Bring

You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in sales or marketing operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS company during a high-growth phase. You're deeply proficient with our core tech stack: Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Factors.ai, Google Analytics/Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, and WordPress. You can build sophisticated automation workflows, write complex formulas and reports, and integrate systems without needing engineering support for every task.

More importantly, you're scrappy and resourceful. You don't wait for perfect—you ship, iterate, and improve. You understand that at a startup, you need to balance building scalable systems with moving fast. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can prioritize ruthlessly, and know when to build versus buy versus hack something together.
