Your mission

As a Sales Engineer in our Pre-Sales team, you're the bridge between our customers and our platform. You're responsible for demonstrating the technical value of revel8 throughout the sales process, translating complex requirements into solutions, and ensuring that prospective customers truly understand the full power of our software.

Your Day-to-day

* Technical Advisory: You guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, delivering compelling product demos and technical deep-dives tailored to their needs.

* Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: You lead technical evaluation phases and make sure customers can see the success of the solution in black and white.

* Subject Matter Expert: You become the go-to technical expert for our platform, supporting the team on complex technical questions and challenges.

* Customer Enablement: You proactively advise customers on how to best leverage our AI features to meet their specific security objectives.

* Strategic Input: You work closely with Product and Sales to feed market insights directly into product development.

* Have experience in a customer-facing technical role, e.g. Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment).

* Bring strong technical acumen, a sharp learning curve, and the drive to understand products inside and out in order to unlock maximum value for customers.

* Tackle technical challenges pragmatically and genuinely enjoy translating complex customer requirements into working solutions.

* Take ownership naturally and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can work with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.

* Are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) and can communicate confidently with our team, customers, and stakeholders.
