We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director specializing in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence across analytics and AI-driven solutions.
To excel in this position, you should bring strong expertise in Data Analytics, AI/ML solutions, and modern data platforms. Hands-in understanding of technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Azure Data Lake (or similar ecosystems), along with exposure to AI/ML frameworks and generative AI use cases, is essential.
What will you do:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across Data Analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI solutions — with a strong focus on Databricks- and Microsoft Fabric-led engagements.
* Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders including CAO, CDAO, CIO, and business leaders, to identify opportunities, shape demand, and drive account expansion.
* Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospect identification, solution positioning, pitch development, client presentations, and deal closure for analytics and AI-led engagements.
* Define sales plays and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy by identifying priority industries and verticals, creating compelling points of view (POVs), and leading strategic sales pursuits - including joint GTM motions with Databricks and Microsoft.
* Build a category-defining sales motion to acquire new logos plus selling into existing accounts and activating partner-led sales from Databricks, Microsoft, Snowflake and Salesforce ecosystem.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned to monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, ensuring predictable revenue growth.
* Collaborate with solutioning and delivery teams to create value-driven proposals, AI/analytics use cases, and business outcomes tailored to client needs — leveraging Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Microsoft Fabric's unified data and analytics platform.
* Develop high-impact sales collateral, thought leadership content, and AI-driven solution narratives to effectively communicate the value of analytics and AI offerings, including Databricks-powered GenAI solutions and Microsoft Fabric's end-to-end data estate capabilities.
* Stay ahead of market trends in AI, Generative AI, advanced analytics, and data platforms, and translate them into actionable sales opportunities — with particular depth in Databricks and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem developments.
Who You Are:
* As a Data Analytics & AI Sales Leader, you will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of our Data, Analytics and AI practices, driving strategic deals and expanding market presence.
* You bring 10+ years of overall experience, with last 5+ years in Data Analytics, AI/ML, or advanced data platforms, including hands-in exposure to technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, or similar ecosystems.
* You have a proven track record in sales leadership roles, consistently delivering revenue growth across analytics, AI/ML, cloud, or data-driven transformation initiatives - ideally including partner-led sales motions with Databricks or Microsoft.
* You possess a strong techno-functional understanding of analytics and AI solutions, enabling you to engage meaningfully with both business and technical stakeholders — including fluency in Databricks Lakehouse architecture and Microsoft Fabric's OneLake, Real-Time Intelligence, and Power BI integration.
* You are passionate about helping clients define and execute their data, analytics, and AI strategies, translating business challenges into scalable, insight-driven solutions.
