Summary
This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-autonomy Sales Development Representative to rapidly scale Aikho's revolutionary 'Chat-GPT of Recruitment' platform. You'll drive market dominance by targeting high-volume hiring industries, making a direct impact on our global expansion and shaping the future of human-centric recruitment through AI.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategically identify and engage diverse personas, including HR Directors, Hiring Managers, and CEOs, tailoring Aikho's value proposition to their specific challenges.
* Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of SDR processes and toolstacks, demonstrating extreme autonomy in a lean, fast-paced environment.
* Proactively research and qualify potential clients, deeply understanding their needs and how Aikho's AI platform can deliver unparalleled value.
* Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media) to introduce Aikho and articulate its disruptive benefits.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead qualification and transition for product demonstrations.
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in multi-persona sales, engaging with HR, Hiring Managers, and C-level executives.
* Proven track record in the Tech Sector, specifically within SaaS, AI, or HR Tech.
* Exceptional autonomy and initiative, with experience building SDR processes and toolstacks from scratch.
* Strong literacy in AI & Agentic Technology, understanding the shift brought by models like Claude/GPT.
* Excellence in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
* Ability to translate complex AI solutions into tangible ROI and simplicity for clients (Solution Selling).
* Fluent professional English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency in Arabic.
* Proficiency in French.
* Proven experience contributing to the successful, rapid scaling of fast-growing startups (Scale-up experience).
* Existing portfolio or deep network of prospects in high-volume recruitment or field-role sectors.
* Established network within blue-collar/field-service industries (e.g., Logistics, Retail).
* Capability for multilingual sales to support global expansion.
* Deep understanding of the Recruitment and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ecosystem, particularly in mass hiring scenarios.
