About the Role.
We're looking for a sharp, driven Sales Development Intern to help us grow AIRE's client base by getting in front of the right agents. This is a pure outbound role- you'll be identifying, researching, and reaching out to real estate agents across target markets with the goal of booking qualified discovery calls for the founder. It's ideal for a student who wants to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, SDR work, and pipeline building inside a fast-moving startup. Although unpaid at this time, you'll work directly with the founder and get real, hands-on exposure to how a modern services business sells from the ground up.
In This Role, You Will Work On...
Prospecting & Research
• Identify and research real estate agents to prospect across target markets
• Build and maintain organized prospect lists with accurate contact information
• Source decision-maker details across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
• Segment prospects by market, production level, and fit with AIRE's offer
Outreach & Pipeline Management
• Execute outbound outreach via DMs, email, and LinkedIn
• Personalize messaging based on each agent's market, content, and presence
• Track outreach activity and response rates across channels
• Manage and update CRM records to keep the pipeline clean and current
• Run follow-up sequences to move prospects toward a booked discovery call
• Communicate clearly with the founder on pipeline status and what's working
Your Background Looks Something Like This...
• Currently enrolled at an accredited post-secondary institution in Canada or the U.S.
• Strong written communication skills, you can write a message that actually gets a response
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can manage a list, stick to a process, and follow through
• Curious about sales, startups, real estate, or AI-driven businesses
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
• Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, or a CRM is helpful
No prior sales, AI, or real estate experience required; we'll teach you everything you need.
