Job Description-

Skills and Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant

* Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable workflows following UiPath best practices

* Analyze business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities

* Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements

* Create and maintain PDD, SDD, and technical documentation Integrate automations with APIs, databases, OCR tools, and third party systems

* Deploy, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot bots in UiPath Orchestrator

* Provide postproduction support, incident resolution, and bot stability improvements

* Perform root cause analysis and enhance existing automations

* Ensure solutions comply with architecture, security, and governance standards

* Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, reusability, and performance

* Work with Git Azure DevOps and follow proper version control practices

* Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and cross functional collaboration

* Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team

* Bring 6 to 8 years of RPA experience (4 in UiPath) with strong problem solving and communication skills
