Position Overview:

As a RPA Developer at R Systems, you will design, develop, and support automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and other RPA tools. You will manage the end-to-end bot lifecycle and collaborate with teams to deliver efficient, scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere

* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing bots

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation requirements

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments

* Ensure best practices in RPA development and governance

* Contribute to continuous improvement of automation processes

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong hands-on experience in RPA development and support

* Expertise in Automation Anywhere (preferred)

* Candidates with experience in UiPath or other RPA tools will also be considered

* Recent experience in Automation Anywhere (preferably post-COVID versions, as architecture has evolved)

* Understanding of Agentic AI concepts or implementations is a plus

* Experience working on end-to-end bot lifecycle (development to production support)

Preferred Qualifications

* Recent and relevant project experience in Automation Anywhere

* Exposure to enterprise-level automation environments

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
