Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath and cognitive automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end‑to‑end automation solutions while working independently across the automation lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end RPA automation solutions using UiPath.

* Perform automation feasibility analysis and propose efficient, scalable, and robust automation solutions.

* Analyze business and technical requirements and create detailed solution design documents and test cases following RPA best practices.

* Develop automation workflows, reusable components, and scripts adhering to design principles.

* Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of automation processes to ensure reliability and performance.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and ensure smooth deployment and post‑production support.

Qualifications & Skills

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms, primarily UiPath.

* Mandatory UiPath Citizen Developer Certification.

* Strong proficiency in automation development, programming, scripting, and testing.

* Working knowledge (basic to advanced) of at least one programming language such as Python, C#/Java, VB Script, or Excel VBA (Macros).

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to design efficient and robust automation solutions.

* Ability to work independently across the automation lifecycle—from feasibility assessment through deployment and support.
