This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and business operations, supporting the integrity and flow of revenue-related information across a complex enterprise environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that revenue data is accurate, consistent, and actionable across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce and connected systems. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the operational backbone of analytics, translating system behavior and data structures into meaningful business insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and Business Systems to improve processes and enable better decision-making. This is a highly analytical and detail-oriented role where your work directly supports revenue visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will also contribute to system improvements and data governance initiatives that scale across the organization.
Accountabilities
* Own and optimize revenue data operations processes, ensuring accurate data flow across Salesforce, Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM), and integrated systems.
* Support Salesforce RLM initiatives, including data mapping, validation, testing, and ensuring end-to-end data integrity during system changes or migrations.
* Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and Business Systems teams to align on data definitions, workflows, and reporting requirements.
* Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in revenue data processes and propose scalable, structured solutions to improve accuracy and performance.
* Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze revenue-related datasets across multiple platforms.
* Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into revenue operations and key business metrics.
* Document data flows, business rules, and operational procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and long-term scalability.
* Investigate complex data questions from leadership and provide structured, data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
* 3-7+ years of experience in revenue operations, data operations, business systems analysis, or a similar analytical/operational role.
* Strong experience with Salesforce, including data architecture, objects, reporting, and system workflows.
* Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis across large datasets.
* Experience supporting system migrations, data transformations, or large-scale operational data initiatives.
* Strong analytical mindset with a deep interest in process improvement and operational excellence.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and data concepts into clear business language.
* Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based revenue models (ARR, churn, upsell, NRR) is preferred.
