Job Title: Research & Content Associate — AI Safety

Job Type: Part-time, Contract

We're Atella, an AI safety evaluation company. We build STELLA — a simulation harness that runs multi-turn safety evaluations on frontier LLMs. We have a public leaderboard at leaderboard.atella.ai and a medRxiv preprint published December 2025.

We're looking for a part-time research and content person to write weekly about AI safety evaluation — synthesizing the latest research, posting on LinkedIn and Substack, and helping the AI safety community understand where current eval approaches fall short.

This is not a marketing job. We want someone who reads AI safety and ML papers for fun and has opinions about eval methodology.

You're a good fit if you:

* Have a background in ML, AI safety, or adjacent field

* Follow the AI safety research landscape closely

* Have written something publicly before
