Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an AI Engineer. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms, focusing on visual reasoning and automating anomaly detection and validation processes. Your day-to-day tasks include researching, developing, and optimizing machine learning models such as neural networks, enhancing natural language processing capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise software. You will also play a key role in analyzing data patterns, testing prototypes, and ensuring high-quality, reliable AI systems.

Compensation

* Hourly Rate: €35 – €60 per hour.

* Structure: This is a performance-based compensation model. Your exact rate within this range will be scaled based on your ongoing performance, output quality, and the direct impact of your contributions on our AI systems.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

* Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity

* Experience in Software Development, including coding, debugging, and system design

* Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns and insights

* Strong communication and team collaboration skills

* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

* Experience with AI deployment in enterprise or production environments is a plus
