Role Overview

We are hiring a Regional Sales Director for the US/Canada/NA to lead revenue growth and market expansion across North America. This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role responsible for building pipeline, closing enterprise deals, and establishing SimuPhish as a category-defining platform in the region. The role requires a strong combination of enterprise sales execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to position a new cybersecurity category. This is not a support role; this is a frontline revenue leadership position with direct accountability for results.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving end-to-end enterprise sales across the US and Canada, from pipeline generation to deal closure. This includes engaging with CISOs, CIOs, and senior decision-makers, positioning SimuPhish in terms of risk reduction, compliance alignment, and measurable business impact, and consistently closing high-value deals. The role involves building and managing a strong pipeline, owning regional revenue targets, and executing a structured go-to-market strategy tailored to sectors such as BFSI, government, and enterprise infrastructure.

In addition to direct sales, the role requires establishing and scaling relationships with channel partners, resellers, and MSSPs to expand market reach and accelerate deal velocity. The Regional Sales Director will play a critical role in positioning SimuPhish against legacy solutions and other traditional security awareness platforms, clearly articulating why human risk must be continuously measured and why existing approaches are insufficient.

The role also involves close collaboration with Field CISOs and leadership to drive complex enterprise deals, shorten sales cycles, and increase average deal size. As one of the early leaders in the region, the candidate will contribute to defining sales playbooks, refining messaging, and shaping overall go-to-market strategy. This includes representing SimuPhish in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions to build credibility and presence in the North American cybersecurity market.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with at least 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing mid to large enterprise deals, typically in the $100K to $1M+ range, and has experience selling into sectors such as BFSI, government, or large enterprises in the US and Canada. Strong experience in managing sales pipelines, owning quotas, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets is essential.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, particularly around human risk, social engineering, and enterprise security challenges, along with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes. Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or MSSPs is highly desirable. A strong existing network of CISOs, CIOs, and decision-makers in North America will be a significant advantage.

KPIs

Success in this role will be measured by revenue generated in the US and Canada, number of enterprise deals closed, growth in pipeline and deal velocity, increase in average deal size, expansion through channel partnerships, and overall contribution to market penetration in North America.

Compensation

The role offers a competitive base salary, a strong performance-based commission structure tied directly to revenue, and ESOPs aligned with long-term growth and impact.
