About The Role:

Taoshi is looking for individuals who have built profitable ML trading models in crypto, forex, and equities and are prepared to deploy and compete with them through our decentralized and open-source trading challenge. Top traders who successfully pass our challenge phase can earn a highly competitive weekly payout based on your profits. While we are seeking qualified traders to onboard, anyone is eligible to compete in our trading competition.

Key Responsibilities:

* Compete in the trading competition powered by Taoshi’s open-source software, leveraging advanced ML models and quantitative trading strategies to generate high-performance results.

* Deploy, optimize, and refine machine learning models to achieve a competitive edge in the competition.

* Maintain high-performance standards in terms of sharpe ratio and PnL.

* Top performers may be eligible for future programs and grants to work with Taoshi to scale their efforts.

Qualifications:

* Expertise in deep learning, machine learning, and quantitative trading.

* Proven experience in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models in competitive quant firms.

* Ability to work autonomously and solve complex technical problems.

* Passion for decentralization and the future of AI-driven financial markets.

Compensation:
