Salary Range - CA$ 70,000 - CA$ 100,000 Per Year

Role Description:

• An Agentic AI QA Lead is responsible for driving the strategy, design, and implementation of autonomous AI agents tasked with testing software applications, moving beyond traditional automation to self-healing, adaptive testing workflows.

• This role requires balancing AI-driven autonomy with human oversight to ensure the safety, reliability, and accuracy of AI agents in rapidly evolving environments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategy Architecture: Design and implement agentic AI testing frameworks that automatically generate, execute, and maintain test cases.

• Agent Development Training: Develop and train AI agents to understand application behavior, user workflows, and test objectives. Autonomous Testing Deploy agents that can plan, reason, and act to execute complex testing scenarios with minimal human intervention.

• Evaluation: Quality Control Evaluate AI agent performance, ensuring they make accurate decisions and do not produce hallucinations or false positives. Continuous Improvement Monitor agent performance metrics to continuously improve, refine, and optimize AI-driven testing strategies.

• Guardrails Compliance: Establish safety guardrails and ethical guidelines for AI-driven testing to ensure secure, unbiased, and compliant results. Team Leadership Mentor QA members in AI, prompt engineering, and modern test automation, bridging the gap between traditional QA and AI-native approaches.

• Required Skills: Qualifications AIML Expertise - Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retriever-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic systems. Automation Frameworks Experience with modern testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured) and AI-enabled testing platforms.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) for scripting and integrating AI models. QA Methodologies Deep knowledge of software testing, including API testing, UI testing, and database validation. Problem-Solving Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex, non-determine
