Position: First-Line Supervisors of Police and Detectives

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $80 $120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Full-time, approximately 30 40 hours per week for 3 4 weeks

Role Responsibilities

* Create deliverables based on real-world law enforcement supervision workflows

* Analyze and document operational scenarios and decision-making processes

* Review and improve peer-generated deliverables for AI research quality

* Provide structured insights based on policing and investigative practices

* Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in documentation

Requirements

* Strong experience as a first-line supervisor in police or detective roles

* Strong understanding of law enforcement operations and procedures

* Strong written communication skills with attention to detail

* Ability to analyze and document complex operational scenarios

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
