About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp mind and a talent for asking the right questions. No technical background or AI experience required — just strong writing skills and a love of creative thinking.

What You'll Do

* Write original, creative prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels

* Design questions, scenarios, and tasks that challenge AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy

* Craft prompts specifically designed to test AI safety, edge cases, and nuanced understanding

* Follow style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality

* Iterate and refine prompts based on project feedback and evolving research needs

* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* A creative thinker with strong written communication skills

* Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across diverse topics and disciplines

* Able to write clearly and precisely, even on unfamiliar subjects

* Comfortable working within structured guidelines while bringing your own originality

* Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently

* No prior AI, technical, or research experience required

Nice to Have

* Background in writing, journalism, education, philosophy, or any creative discipline

* Experience with content creation, copywriting, or instructional design

* Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user

* Broad general knowledge spanning multiple subject areas
