What You’ll Be Doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We work with top AI labs to improve the quality and reliability of large AI systems.

Your Role Will Be High-impact And Hands-on. You Will

* Review and refine AI-generated responses and prompts.

* Evaluate the clarity, accuracy, and real-world applicability of AI outputs.

* Draft, test, and iterate high-quality prompts for a range of scenarios and use cases.

* Identify gaps, ambiguities, or misinterpretations in AI reasoning or language.

* Create variations of scenarios from multiple perspectives and use cases.

* Provide actionable feedback to improve AI performance and prompt reliability.

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content and prompts to ensure they meet real-world standards, accuracy, and relevance. Your input will directly support the advancement of AI quality at scale.

You Are

Who this is for

* An experienced prompt engineer, copy content creator, or specialist in language-model interactions

* Based in the EU or UK

* Well-versed in language models, prompt design, or AI tools

* Able to critique and improve AI-generated text, prompts, and content

* Comfortable identifying unclear, biased, or ineffective outputs

* Available 8 to 20 hours per week

* Able to start within a few weeks
