Full Description

WHO WE ARE

We build voice AI that works for everyone, including the people most organisations forget about. Our clients are charities, nonprofits, and social enterprises using our technology to reach vulnerable populations: people navigating housing crises, mental health services, food banks, social care systems, and more. For many of the people our clients serve, a phone call is still the only way they can ask for help.

We believe that the same AI technology being used to sell things and automate call centres can be redirected toward something far more meaningful. That's the bet we've made, and we're looking for people who want to be part of it.

THE ROLE

You'll work directly with nonprofit teams and charity partners, people who are passionate about their cause but may have limited technical resources, to understand what they need, build it on our platform, and support them as it goes live.

This role asks for the full picture: the ability to sit across from a charity director, understand their world, and earn their trust, and then go away and build something that actually works. You'll move between conversations and configuration, between listening and doing, often on the same day.

You'll work independently and remotely, we're a small, lean team, so we need someone who takes ownership without being chased, and who brings their own ideas to the table.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Build genuine relationships with our nonprofit and charity clients, being the human face of a technology product for people who may be cautious about AI

* Run discovery conversations to understand a client's service, their users, and what a well-designed voice agent could do for them

* Configure and deploy solutions on our platform, translating client needs into working agents without needing to hand off to an engineering team

* Support clients post-launch, listening to feedback, iterating on their agents, and helping them get more value over time

* Help clients feel confident and in control of technology that might be unfamiliar or even daunting to them

* Bring what you learn from clients back to the wider team to help us build a better product

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* A STEM background that means you're comfortable with technical concepts and can learn a new platform quickly

* Genuine warmth and empathy, you care about the people on the other side of the conversation, whether that's a charity director or the vulnerable person their service supports

* Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead client relationships from day one

* A self-starter mindset, you don't need a detailed brief to know what to do next, and you manage your own time well

* Clear, warm written communication, you'll interact with clients by email and message as much as on calls

* Based in a US or European timezone, comfortable working remotely full-time

Nice to have:

* Experience working with or within charities, nonprofits, or social enterprises, you'll understand our clients' world from the inside

* A background in customer success, account management, or solutions delivery, especially in tech or SaaS

* Any exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, or automation tools, appetite to learn matters more than existing expertise
