AI Product Owner | AI Governance | Hannover (Hybrid)

AI Futures has been retained to appoint a AI Product Owner for a major German organisation driving enterprise-wide digital transformation. This role owns the vision, roadmap and governance of secure AI products and digital innovation platforms within a complex Microsoft environment.

Strategic in scope yet hands-on in execution, you will translate AI ambition into scalable, compliant and production-ready capabilities.

Hybrid: 1 day/week onsite in Hannover

Remuneration: Up to €120k total package

The Role

* Own the product vision, roadmap and delivery for AI & Digital Innovation platforms, focused on M365, Copilot and automation

* Establish AI governance aligned to EU AI Act, GDPR and responsible AI principles

* Design secure, scalable platform foundations using Purview, Defender, Entra ID and DLP

* Manage product backlog, requirements and user stories to enable agile delivery

* Drive MVP development, lifecycle management and continuous optimisation of AI solutions

* Partner with Product, Security and business teams to prioritise high-impact use cases

The Candidate

* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable discipline

* Several years’ experience as a Product Owner or leading enterprise digital, SaaS or AI platforms

* Proven exposure to Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI or advanced automation frameworks

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Defender, Entra ID, Data Governance, Information Protection and DLP

* Hands-on understanding of LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, APIs and AI monitoring toolchains

* Languages: German and English
