Position: Senior Technical Product Operations Specialist

Type: Full-time (W2, Contingent Role)

Compensation: $60–$80 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Full-time

Role Responsibilities

* Support execution strategy across multiple products, including 0→1 initiatives and scaling existing programs

* Write and optimize advanced SQL queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations) to analyze product data

* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for real-time decision-making

* Leverage AI tools and agents to automate workflows and accelerate data analysis

* Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies

* Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams

* Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring high-quality execution and delivery

* Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product and business improvements

Requirements

* Strong years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product/program roles

* Strong SQL proficiency with experience handling complex data transformations

* Experience using AI tools/agents to enhance workflows and productivity

* Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets: formulas, pivots, automation)

* Strong analytical thinking with ability to derive insights from data

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
