This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and client delivery, ensuring that complex operational workflows run smoothly across multiple teams and systems. The Product Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting product lifecycle execution, data integrity, and client implementation activities within a highly regulated healthcare technology environment. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Technology, and Client Success, helping translate requirements into structured, trackable delivery plans. This position requires strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. You will also contribute to improving operational tools, governance standards, and reporting practices that support scalable execution. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and highly analytical, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Accountabilities
* Coordinate cross-functional product and data lifecycle initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment across Product, IT, Data, and Client teams
* Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of operational and client implementation projects
* Support client implementation processes by gathering data requirements, validating configurations, and coordinating approvals with stakeholders
* Collaborate with vendors and clients to obtain and validate data files, including claims data layouts, test files, and production inputs
* Administer and maintain Azure DevOps environments, including workflows, boards, work items, and user access controls
* Ensure operational tools and systems accurately reflect lifecycle data, governance standards, and reporting requirements
* Produce and maintain documentation for workflows, standards, and operational processes across product and data operations
* Support reporting, audits, and leadership visibility by ensuring accurate tracking of product changes and data dependencies
* Partner with Product and Data teams to ensure compliance, consistency, and alignment across operational systems
Requirements
* Experience in product operations, project coordination, PMO, or data operations within a structured environment
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
* Hands-on experience with work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
* Experience in client-facing roles requiring coordination of technical or operational requirements
* Strong understanding of healthcare or pharmacy claims data structures and file formats
* Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear documentation
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when managing complex operational workflows
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
