Jubel.ai is building the platform that fashion and sports brands use to manage product testing, compliance, and sustainability data.

Today, many brands still manage this information through spreadsheets, PDFs, and long email chains. Jubel.ai replaces this with a single intelligent platform where brands, suppliers, and labs collaborate.

We are currently working with global brands and are entering an important growth phase.

To support this, we are now looking for a Product Operations Associate who will help ensure the quality, usability, and smooth operation of the platform.

Working in a Startup

In a startup environment, roles are not narrowly defined. Instead, you will have the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the product and the business.

Your work include:

* meeting directly with customers and suppliers to understand their challenges

* presenting the platform in live demos to users and partners around the world

* testing new features and identifying issues before they reach users

* helping improve how the product works and how it is used

* writing user guides and documentation that make the platform easier to understand

This role requires someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable taking initiative, and is excited about working closely with both product and users.

Because you will interact with international customers and partners, strong communication skills and excellent English are essential.

What You'll Do

Your work will sit close to both product development and real user experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

* testing new product features before release

* identifying and documenting bugs clearly

* helping troubleshoot platform issues together with the team

* supporting suppliers and internal users when questions arise

* creating and maintaining simple user guides and documentation

* helping improve internal processes for testing and quality assurance

You will work directly with the founders and product team, gaining insight into how a SaaS platform is built and improved.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and enjoys solving problems.

You have a background in:

* QA or software testing

* technical support or IT operations

* SaaS platforms or digital products

* engineering or technical university studies

* experience using AI tools or prompting

Most importantly, you:

* enjoy finding problems before users do

* are detail-oriented and structured

* communicate clearly and confidently

* are comfortable explaining technical things in a simple way

* enjoy working in a small team where responsibilities evolve

This role is well suited for someone with 2-5 years of experience who wants to work close to product, customers, and real-world problems in a startup environment.
