Position Responsibilities

* Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and product features based on business value, user feedback, and insights from data analysis.
* Collaborate with engineers to scope and sequence features like observability modules, alerts, AI Agents, Anomaly Detection and Machine Learning based intelligence.
* Manage sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with the Payments Intelligence Engineering team.

* Use tools like Grafana, Tableau, or custom-built dashboards to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes.
* Continuously monitor key payment metrics (e.g., success rates, chargebacks, processing latency) to define product KPIs and influence roadmap priorities.
* Ensure data consistency and integrity by working with engineers and analysts to define validation logic and edge-case handling.
* Drive product discovery and experimentation by testing small iterations, gathering feedback, and refining based on measurable outcomes.
