This role offers the opportunity to lead patient engagement initiatives across a portfolio of digital therapeutics, driving measurable improvements in treatment adherence, satisfaction, and outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, clinical, and data, while applying user-centered design principles and analytics to optimize the patient journey. This position emphasizes experimentation, behavior-driven design, and iterative product development, combining creativity with evidence-based clinical frameworks. Ideal candidates are analytically rigorous, comfortable with AI-assisted tools, and thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment where innovation and impact are central to daily work. You will influence product strategy, shape engagement flows, and directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality, accessible mental health care.
Accountabilities
* Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and support channel analysis to identify patient engagement challenges
* Analyze engagement metrics and product usage data to pinpoint drop-off points and retention opportunities
* Design, run, and evaluate experiments to test engagement strategies and present actionable insights to product leadership
* Configure and optimize engagement journeys across platforms such as Iterable, including messaging, push notifications, and re-engagement flows
* Develop UX flows, interaction patterns, and conversational AI/chatbot experiences to improve patient adherence and satisfaction
* Author clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and feature specifications to guide engineering work
* Triage product issues, coordinate resolution with engineering, and ensure alignment with clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements
* 3-5 years of product management experience in health tech, telehealth, SaMD, or consumer wellness, focusing on mobile or digital app experiences
* Experience with learning products, behavior change platforms, or self-improvement apps where sustained engagement is critical
* Strong UX sensibility and empathy for users, able to critique flows and push for intuitive, effective designs
* Demonstrated ability to run experiments and make data-informed product decisions
* Hands-on experience with analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) and engagement platforms (Iterable, Braze, etc.)
* Ownership mentality with strong initiative, self-management, and project execution skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to synthesize research, author PRDs, and align stakeholders
* Preferred: experience with AI-assisted workflows, regulated digital therapeutics, SQL, Jira, Figma, and conversational AI/chatbot design
