We're building the complete operating system for businesses; One platform. Banking, cards, payments, crypto, AI agents, CRM, HRIS, collaboration—everything.

This is a technical PM role. You should be comfortable reading code, writing SQL, and understanding system architecture. You'll also do growth work: onboarding, activation, customer acquisition.

What you'll do:

* Define what to build each 2-week sprint (ruthless prioritization)

* Write technical specs using Claude (engineers execute from your specs)

* Talk to customers: interviews, demos, feedback sessions

* Own growth: onboarding flows, activation metrics, retention

* Analyze data: product analytics, usage patterns, churn

* Make build vs. buy decisions with engineering

* Launch planning, pricing, positioning

Who you are:

* 2-3 years PM experience (fintech or B2B SaaS)

* Technical: can read code, write SQL, understand APIs

* Have shipped products from 0→1

* Comfortable talking to customers (not just internal stakeholders)

* Use Claude for specs, research, analysis

* Excited to do growth work (not just product definition)

* Can work in ambiguity and move fast
