The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own Courted’s broker back office experience end-to-end. This is a strategic role where you’ll define the vision, roadmap, and execution for the tools that help brokerages run their operations - from agent onboarding and transaction management to commission tracking and compliance workflows.

You’ll work closely with brokers and ops leaders to deeply understand their pain points, then translate those insights into a product that delivers measurable value. This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a spec - you’ll be defining what we build and why.

This is ideal for someone with 4-6 years of product experience who wants meaningful ownership over a critical product area at an early-stage company with strong product-market fit and ambitious growth plans.

What You’ll Do

* Own the broker back office product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery

* Conduct deep customer research with brokers and operations teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities

* Define and prioritize features that drive real operational value, from agent onboarding to commission management

* Write clear product requirements and work with engineering and design to ship high-quality features to automate manual workflows

* Analyze usage data and business metrics to inform roadmap decisions and measure success

* Collaborate with sales and customer success to understand market needs and support go-to-market

* Contribute to overall product strategy as a key member of the product team

What You Bring

* 4–6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

* Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end - from discovery through launch and iteration

* Strong customer empathy and experience conducting user research to inform product decisions

* Ability to think strategically about where a product should go while also diving into execution details

* Excellent written and verbal communication 

* Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams

* Comfort with data and using metrics to inform decisions and measure outcomes

* Familiarity with modern product tools (Jira, Figma, analytics platforms)

* Bonus: Experience with real estate, fintech, or operationally complex B2B workflows

The Details

* The team is NYC based and in office 3-4 days per week

* Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000

* Health, dental, and vision insurance

* 401k and generous PTO policy

This salary range represents the minimum and maximum for this role based in New York, NY. The salary given for this position depends on multiple factors, including experience, interview performance, and anticipated responsibilities of the role. Base salary is one component of Courted’s competitive total package, which also includes retirement savings, premium health and wellness benefits, lunches in office, and more.
