In this role, you will lead the development of impactful product experiences that connect local businesses and neighbors through intuitive, scalable digital solutions. You will own key areas across discovery, engagement, reputation, and monetization, shaping how communities interact with nearby services. Working at the intersection of consumer and SMB product strategy, you will design systems that drive meaningful engagement, growth, and revenue. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to bring ideas from concept to market. Accountabilities

* Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key Local Business domains across both neighbor and business-facing experiences.

* Lead the design, experimentation, and delivery of end-to-end product journeys, from discovery and onboarding to engagement and monetization.

* Build and scale organic reputation systems, discovery flows, business profiles, and paid offerings to drive engagement, trust, and revenue growth.

* Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, Product Marketing, and Communications to ship high-impact solutions.

* Define success metrics, instrument product funnels, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly based on data and user insights.

* Translate complex ecosystems into simple, intuitive experiences using systems thinking to optimize flywheels and dependencies.

* Drive cross-functional alignment, communicate clearly with stakeholders and executives, and ensure operational excellence throughout product launches.

Requirements

* 5+ years of product management experience in consumer, growth, or marketplace environments, with a strong track record of delivering impact.

* Proven experience building 0-to-1 products and scaling existing platforms, ideally in multi-sided marketplaces, lead generation, or local commerce.

* Hands-on experience working with SMBs or local business ecosystems, including tools, platforms, or services designed for small business growth.

* Strong background in subscription or recurring revenue models, including retention, churn reduction, and lifetime value optimization.

* Excellent analytical and experimentation skills, with the ability to define metrics, run tests, and make data-driven decisions.

* Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to design scalable, interconnected product ecosystems.

* Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity.

* Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to reimagine product experiences.
