Responsibilities

* Take full ownership of AI agent features across their entire lifecycle - from scoping and ideation through to launch, monitoring, and iteration

* Analyze user feedback, competitive signals, and product data to prioritize what to build next

* Produce clear wireframes, user stories, and PRDs that translate real user needs into concrete engineering work

* Run user research and usability tests to confirm that our agents are meaningfully solving career challenges

Qualification

Required

* Recent grad or early-career professional (0–2 years) with a background in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar

* Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a working understanding of how LLMs and autonomous agents operate

* Strong communicator - able to clearly articulate product decisions and the reasoning behind them to both technical and non-technical audiences

* Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-moving startup environment

* Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

* Prior experience in a product management, project coordination, or startup role (internship counts)

* Hands-on exposure to prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq, and project tools like Jira or Linear

* A track record of turning vague, ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans
