About the Role
We are hiring a Product Manager to lead development of Foundry, Verita AI’s internal platform powering expert onboarding, workforce operations, and AI evaluation infrastructure.
Foundry is the operational backbone behind how Verita scales high-quality human data generation for frontier AI labs. The platform spans candidate applications, onboarding workflows, contracts, payments, time tracking, admin tooling, and AI-powered candidate evaluation systems.
As Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end across internal operations tooling, candidate-facing workflows, and AI-assisted evaluation systems. You will work directly with engineering, operations, leadership, and customers to identify bottlenecks, define requirements, prioritize roadmap decisions, and ship product quickly.
This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and enjoys solving operationally complex problems with product thinking.
Responsibilities
• Own the Foundry product roadmap across admin tooling, onboarding systems, candidate workflows, and AI evaluation infrastructure
• Work directly with operations and leadership teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and translate them into scalable product solutions
• Write detailed PRDs, product specs, user flows, and operational documentation
• Partner closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship features quickly
• Run product standups and ensure all initiatives have clear ownership, prioritization, and execution timelines
• Gather feedback directly from users, customers, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve product experience
• Define and prioritize V0/V1 feature launches while balancing speed, reliability, and operational impact
• Help shape Verita’s AI Interviewer and automated candidate evaluation systems
• Coordinate cross-functional communication across product, operations, recruiting, and engineering teams
• Maintain strong visibility into execution progress through tools like Linear, Slack, and GitHub
• Provide structured updates internally and externally to stakeholders when needed
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or a related role
• Experience operating in high-growth startup environments or fast-paced execution-heavy teams
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear PRDs and operational documentation
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing technical tradeoffs
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality
• Ability to move quickly with ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Familiarity with tools like Linear, GitHub, Slack, Notion, or similar operational tooling
• Strong interest in AI infrastructure, operational systems, and workflow automation
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building internal tooling, marketplace products, workflow systems, or operations platforms
• Experience working with AI products, LLM workflows, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with contractor operations, onboarding systems, payments infrastructure, or workforce tooling
• Previous experience at an early-stage startup or venture-backed company
• Technical fluency and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams
